Can pyrolysis plant be used to recycle waste oil into diesel? The answer is no, if you want to recycle waste oil into diesel, we need to use a specific machine: Waste oil to diesel distillation machine. Pyrolysis plant and distillation machine have different designs, functions, and can process different raw materials. For this type, one ton of catalyst can be used for about half a year without replacing, and it is also safer and efficient.

Now let's take the solid catalyst type as an example to see the entire workflow of recycling waste oil into diesel:

1. Pour waste oil into our vertical distillation reactor. Due to waste oil is the liquid material that is different from the commonly solid waste, so we adopt the vertical design, whose heating area is more uniform than the horizontal reactor. Then open burners to heat the distillation reactor. Under high-temperature heating to remove impurities, and further distill the waste oil into oil gas.

2. Oil gas goes through the catalyst system and cooling system, we can obtain the liquid diesel oil directly.

3. If you want to obtain more clean diesel, you can decolorize it with white clay. Lastly, the distillation oil that has been decolorized and deodorized is then filtered through a leaf filter to produce a bright and pure diesel fuel.

The final diesel can be used as the alternative fuel for diesel trucks, trailors, ships, heavy machinery and diesel generators, engines with speed below 2000rpm, etc.
