Waste plastic to oil machine is able to heat waste plastics through high temperature crack into oil, non-condensable gas and carbon black. Basic operation process of waste plastic to oil machine:
1. Collection of waste plastics
Collect a lot of waste plastic. Waste plastics that can be used as raw materials are mainly thermoplastics: there are usually three types of thermoplastics that can be used as raw materials for processing, and corresponding types of plastics will have different oil yield.
1. Polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene: PE (such as film, bottle, electrical insulation materials, handbags, pipes, drums, bottles/calcium bottles, daily necessities, etc.) pure plastic oil production rate is about 95%.
2. Polypropylene(PP): the oil production rate of polypropylene (such as film, plastic rope, tableware, POTS, barrels, furniture, bags, hats, car bumpers, etc.) is 90%.
3. Polystyrene(PS): Oil production rate (such as electrical appliances, stationery, cups, food containers, electrical shells, electrical accessories, foam products, toys, etc.) is 90%.
A dryer is used to remove the water from the waste plastic so that it can be quickly cracked in the reactor. The larger plastic products are crushed into small pieces by plastic crusher, so that the contact area can be increased and the cracking reaction efficiency can be improved.
Use automatic feeder to transfer the processed waste plastic to the reactor.
4. High-temperature heating
Continuous heating, waste plastics begin to undergo crack reaction with the increase of temperature. When the temperature reaches a certain level, waste plastics will be cracked into oil gas.
Condense the oil gas into liquid oil and collect it into the oil tank. For non-condensable but combustible oil gas, directly into the reactor for combustion.
6. Slag discharge
When the reaction is finished, carbon black is dicharged and collected.
