1. Feeding

Normally feed the aluminum plastic into the reactor through the feeder.

2. Heating

After the reactor is continuously being heated and when the reactor reaches a certain temperature, oil gas, aluminum powder and carbon black will come out;

3. Cooling

Then the oil gas will enter the buffer tank, vertical condenser, horizontal condenser and condensation tower to be fully cooled and condensed into oil;

4. Collecting the final products

▪ The fuel oil will be collected into the oil tank;

▪ The aluminum powder and carbon black will be discharged from the reactor and collected for the further process or directly sold;

▪ The combustible gas returns to the reactor for heating, the remaining inflammable gas enters the disposal system and deodorization tower and discharge after treatment.
