How to convert plastic to fuel oil?

One of the biggest environmental problems that the earth facing today is the huge amount of waste plastic. With the advancement of technology in recent years, converting waste plastics into fuel through pyrolysis reaction has become a popular waste recycling method. we need to know PET and PVT couldn’t get fuel oil. And different type plastics could get different oil yield.If your plastic is the pure, then the oil yield could get about 60%, if your plastic is the waste plastic, it may get less oil. The fuel oil can be refined by waste oil distillation machine to light diesel to get higher commercial use value.

The fuil oil is refined to light diesel

First, put plastic into pyrolysis reactor through the feeding machine, then use fuel heat the pyrolysis reactor. It takes about 2 hours to preheat. In this process, temperature in the pyrolysis reactor gradually increase.When the temperature reaches about 160degrees Celsius，oil gas will generate. For oil output process,the whole heating process is about 12-14 hours.

Second, then oil gas goes through cooling system, including vertical condenser,horizontal condenser and cooling tower, to be fully cooled down to get oil and enter oil tanks;

Third, after the oil gas passed through the cooling system, some uncondensiable but combustible gas can be obtained, which could be recycled by industrial pressure vessels to heat the pyrolysis reactor directly to save fuel. In addition to combustible gas, the harmful and bad smell gas could be treated by tail gas cleaning and odor removal system, thus to reduce the harm to the environment and human.

Four, the smoke generated during the burning of fuel can be discharged after being treated by the smoke cleaning system without causing secondary pollution to the environment.

Five,at last, the carbon black in the pyrolysis reactor can be collected by the carbon screw conveyor;

Then we can get the end products including fuel oil and carbon black.
