1. Plastic pretreatment device

Now DOING has three types of waste plastic pyrolysis equipment: batch type, semi-continuous and fully continuous type, which have different requirements for the plastic states. For the semi-continuous and fully continuous type, they can only process plastics with small particles; while batch type has no strict requirements on the plastic states.

3. Pyrolysis reactor

6. Wax removal system

As we all know, plastics have various kinds, including PP/PE/PS/ABS/aluminum plastic, paper mill watse, etc., whose contents are more complicated. Take the PE plastic as an example, it is worse with paraffin wax during pyrolysis process, since paraffin wax has higher freeing point, so it can go solid under high temperature and then cause block problem inside oil gas pipelines, so wax removal device is also one important configuration for waste plastic pyrolysis equipment.

To solve the wax forming problem, we mainly have two different solutions:

(1) Physical way - Wax removing configuration

Collecting wax by utilizing the characteristic of high freezing point of the paraffin wax and then screw it back inside pyrolysis reactor for further pyrolysis, which can greatly reduce the oil pipe blocking problem and the oil pipe cleaning frequency.

(2) Chemical way - Wax removal catalyst tower

Use the special catalyst to react with the wax produced from plastic and realize the wax removal purpose. With special materials as substrates, through the modification to make it besides having reasonable pore distribution, suitable surface area and structural stability under the condition of the water is hot, and targeted to cracking the plastic additives in, good stripping performance and regenerative burning performance, At the same time, it limits the deposition of coke precursor in molecular sieve channels, thus prolonging the reaction cycle, and can be used in the refinery without hydrogen source, at the same time, oil products will be improved accordingly.
