1. Send waste tire to the pyrolysis reactor through an auto-feeder device,heat the pyrolysis reactor with fuel;
2. When the temperature of pyrolysis reactor rises to a certain extent, oil gas will generate;
3. Oil gas enters the cooling system to be cooled down into fuel oil and enters the oil tank;
4. The uncondensable but combustable tail gas can be recycled to heat pyrolysis reactor after being purified by tail gas cleaning system;
5. The carbon black in the pyrolysis reactor can be collected by carbon screw conveyor;
