Equipment installation for the pyrolysis project of agricultural residual plastic film in China

It took more than two months. The project aims to use pyrolysis technology to achieve the recycling and reuse of waste such as residual plastic mulch film in farmland and mixture of crop straw, which is highly consistent with the overall planning of domestic renewable resource development.

Project background

As a major agricultural country, agricultural plastic film is widely used in agricultural production in China to increase crop yields. However, the large-scale use of plastic film has also brought about serious pollution problems of residual film in farmland, which not only destroys the soil structure and hinders crop growth, but also causes long-term harm to the environment. According to statistics, the amount of waste plastic film generated in China each year is huge, but the recycling rate is relatively low. A large amount of residual film is abandoned in the fields, becoming one of the main sources of "white pollution". Faced with this severe situation, how to effectively recycle and reasonably utilize these agricultural residual plastic films has become a focus of common concern for the government and enterprises.

From inspection to cooperation

From May 7 to 8, 2024, representatives of Chinese customers came to DOING for a field inspection. During the period, the DOING project manager introduced the production process in detail and arranged a visit to the factory to demonstrate the company's staff size, processing capacity and comprehensive strength. After two days of in-depth understanding, the customer immediately decided to choose DOING as its long-term development partner and canceled all communication plans with other manufacturers. Immediately afterwards, we quickly started the quotation work, cooperated with the other company group to discuss the future development blueprint through online video conference, and started to draft the contract. The whole process was efficient and orderly, fully reflecting the sincerity and determination of both parties in cooperation.

It took more than four months for DOING to complete the production, delivery and installation of China's farmland plastic film pyrolysis equipment as scheduled. At present, 2 sets of 10-ton plastic film thermal pyrolysis equipment are being installed in an orderly manner, and the ground hardening work is also being carried out simultaneously with the equipment installation: considering that the thermal pyrolysis equipment adopts the side slag discharge method, the carbon black pit is reserved in advance to avoid the need to dig the foundation again in the future; the equipment adopts a water tank condensation system. In order to ensure the condensation effect and improve the oil yield, the customer also specially built a cooling circulation water pool.
